Q: How do I log in to LightBox Live?
A: You can access LightBox Live with a web browser at the following URL: https://lightbox.live/investors.
Q: How can I reset my password?
A: Click your profile icon in the top right corner and then click Edit Your Profile. Click the Security tab and choose Manage Password. On the new page, click the Reset option next to the Password field under the Security Methods section.
Q: How do I log out of LightBox Live?
A: Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click the Log out of LightBox Live button at the bottom of the panel.
Q: How can I update my profile information and/or region preferences?
A: Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then click Edit Your Profile. You will be taken to the Profile tab by default. Make the desired edits to the Profile fields. Click the Preferences tab next to the Profile tab. Regions and Property Types fields are found on this tab. Click the blue Save button once all desired changes have been made.
Q: Can I access LightBox Live from my smartphone?
A: Yes, LightBox Live can be accessed from your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. Note: While it can be viewed from a phone or tablet browser, not all functionality may be availability on these smaller screens.
Q: How I can improve the display of LightBox Live on my laptop?
A: Go to your device’s display settings and make sure it is set to 100% scaling at 1920x1080 resolution.
Map Tools
Q: How do I turn on different layers?
A: Click the icon that looks like a stack of papers, found in the upper left corner of most map components, to display the layer options.
Q: What does it mean when a layer won’t show up visually on the map?
A: This will occur if you are not within the recommended viewing level. Please zoom inwards on the map until the layer displays.
Q: How do I change my map to satellite view?
A: Click the map icon found in the upper left corner of most map components (next to the layers icon), then click the Satellite, Street Dark, Street Light, or Street Night command to change to that map view.
Q: How do I reposition the map back to my area of interest?
A: Click the target icon, labelled Recenter Map, that is found in the bottom right corner of most map components. This will reposition your map to overlook the results of your search.
Q: How do I see more information about a parcel while on the map?
A: Make sure the Parcels layer is turned on in the Layers icon in the top left corner of the map. Clicking directly within a parcel opens a preview window that provides a summary of that property information. Clicking on View Property will open the Property page where additional detail information can be viewed.
Q: Why are there occasionally differences between the Google Maps™ street numbers and the Parcels label layer street numbers?
A: Google Maps™ uses machine learning and street view imagery via automation methods to determine and apply their street numbers.
The LightBox Live Parcels layer draws from the county assessor data to provide the primary building address number according to what has been recorded.
Q: How do I delete measurements on the map?
A: Click the trash can icon found at the bottom of the Measure sub-menu, and then click directly on the shape to delete all shapes.
