Overview
FieldCheck in LightBox Live allows you to refine your EDR Radius Map Report findings. Capabilities include:
Move a record on the map
Mark a site as a Target Property
Remove a record from the report
Plot an orphan record
Search for a record
Step 1: Open FieldCheck
To access FieldCheck, open and log in to LightBox Live. Click the Tools menu and select FieldCheck. The FieldCheck dialogue box appears and FieldCheck columns are displayed in the List Table.
NOTE:
To use FieldCheck, your ordering account should be linked to your user login.
Step 2: Move a Record on the Map
To reposition a plotted site, click the Plot button next to the desired record in the List Table. Next, move the cursor to the new location on the map and click to plot.
A green square indicates a valid new plot location.
A gray square appears if the new plotted location is outside the search distance and won't be included in the final report.
The updated distance and direction will appear in the List Table. To revert to the original location, click Undo.
Step 3: Mark a Site as Target Property (TP)
To mark or unmark a site as Target Property (TP):
To mark a record as Target Property, set to Y in the TP column.
To unmark a record as Target Property, set to N in the TP column.
Step 4: Plot an Orphan Record
To plot unplottable records, click the Plot button next to the desired record in the List Table, then move the cursor to the desired location on the map and click to plot.
A green square indicates a valid new plot location.
A gray square appears if the new plotted location is outside the search distance and won't be included in the final report.
The updated distance and direction will appear in the List Table. To revert the change to the original location, click Undo.
Step 5: Search for a Record
To search for missing records, click Search Sites in the tools menu. A search tab will open. Search by Site Name, Address, City, or EDR ID (limited to ZIP Codes and states within 1 mile from the target property).
Search results will include information about each site, such as whether or not it is already included in the existing report. If a record is not already plotted, you can plot it by using the Plot button. Plotted records appear as Added Sites in the Map Findings List. To undo the change, click Undo.
Step 6: Remove a Record
To exclude a record from the report, in the RPT column, set to N. The record will appear as a gray square on the map. To restore a removed record, set to Y in the RPT column.
Step 7: Output Report
Click Output Report in the Tools dialogue box to output the revised report.
The updated PDF will reflect all FieldCheck edits and is emailed within 1-2 hours. It can also be downloaded from the Order Status page.
You can edit and generate reports as many times as you would like for 3 months from the original order date.
