    • How do I set up a new account?

      • We encourage you to set up your new user-based login through the “Sign Up” link.
        If you are an existing customer, we suggest that you link your new login to your existing login credentials.
        If you access multiple LightBox systems, you can link to each, so you will only need to manage one login.

    • What will happen to my old login credentials?

      • After you set up your new user account, you will have an opportunity to link your old and your new login credentials.

    • What if I already have a new LightBox login?

      • You may already have the new LightBox login.  If you have previously logged in through a button like the one below, you can use those credentials wherever you see that logo.

    • What should I do if my new password is not working?

      • If your new password is not working, you can reset it from the login screen using the email address you provided when you set up the account.
