Weekly C&E Jira Case Review

Level 2 and Zach Fisk, Manager of Engineering. Product Team is optional. We meet weekly to go over existing C&E GSDs.

Tuesday/ 10:30AM/ 30 Minutes

C360 GSD Weekly Call

Min Pan is the scrum master of the C360 tickets.  In this meeting she shares her screen and she goes through the Lender GSDs that anybody may have questions on.   Lender Sales, CSMs, and Level 2 are all a part of this meeting.

Weekly Level 2 Meeting

This is our weekly Level 2 meeting which includes the entire Level 2 team with Dan Welby as optional.  Most of the time Tim is presenting and giving us updates.

Wednesday/ 1PM/ 1 Hour

C360 Quick Wins

Quick Wins are changes that can be made in the database that do not require a release cycle.  In this meeting Level 2 essentially watches the main C360 developers (Todd/Carline/Nick) do updates in the database to these cases.

CSM & Support Connect

Week to week, support & CSMs will meet to exchange knowledge.  Sometimes the CSMs are unaware of changes that their clients will send through support.

Every Other Thursday/ 12:30 PM/ 1 Hour

Lender, C360 Team Sprint Demo 2023

The lender developers and QA meet with us to go over existing tickets that are about to be released. Sometimes we will see new features.  Most of the time these meetings have been cancelled though.

C360 Configuration Requests Grooming

Min Pan is the scrum master of the C360 tickets.  In this meeting she shares her screen and she goes through all the new configuration tickets that are submitted week to week. Lender Sales, CSMs, and Level 2 are all a part of this meeting and usually we have this meeting so that Min can make sure the cases have all the information her developers need.

Collateral360 Feature Request Friday

Product for C360 hosts this meeting (Tom Adams, Ethan Ooi, Chris Vu).  They go through current feature requests that were submitted week to week.  While clients use our system, they like to give us ideas on what would make the system better. We typically try to guide clients to use the system as is, and if they request new features to be added product will decide if they will implement the feature globally.
