Pre-Project Tool Shows No Listings

Issue:

BBJ scoping out a site located at 29 Victory Lane in Poughkeepsie, NY and they searched the address with the pre-project tool and no listings appeared for the Subject Property or the adjoining properties. Upon receiving the full EDR report they noticed there are several listings for the Subject Property and adjoining properties.

Investigation:

All we could conclude is that there is something irregular going on in that general geographic area. We ran a several other reports in that geographic area (Pre Project / Prelim Radius Maps), and saw similar issues sometimes. But, just outside that geographic area, the issue was not present. It is possibly related to some nearby NPL polygon that is outside the search radius, perhaps its just how the TP polygon is drawn, WDK.
