    • Onboarding Tickets from Robert are the C&E Products which currently involve Level 2’s work in order to complete extending renewals for OnDemand or processing OnDemand.

    • Here is an example of what the tickets look like:

    • Most other onboarding tickets are done via Onboarding - but since EDR contracts are still done through Level 2, anything environmental will auto assign to Level 2 since Level 2 is the one that has to do the work on it.

      • Navigate to the account and click on “Agreements”.

      • Determine whether or not the document has been signed by the client by checking the “Agreement Status” column.
        DO NOT proceed with any system updates until it is signed.

      • In the example below, the signature is still needed, therefore work cannot be done on the case and should be assigned back to Robert.

    • Once approval is received from client, open the document and look at the terms.

    • Make updates to contract in the system based on the terms of the agreement.

    • Once case is complete, click “Product Delivered” which will then auto-submit a case to finance.
