    Steps:

    1. In ABSWEBADMIN go to:

      • Advance Purchase Utility > Load Account# > Click New Subscription.

    1. On the next screen, add the required information:

      • Contact Name (can be any contract from that account if not provided)

      • Email

      • Report Type (Pre-Assessment Subscription)

      • Expiration Date

      • Price

    2. Click Save.


    Verify the tool is active:

    1. In the Salesforce case, click into the client’s Account and on the upper right hand side click EDR SRF Link. This will log you into the client’s SRF without you having to enter their credentials.

    Note:

    Sometimes if you to go the client’s SRF via Salesforce, the Pre-Project will likely not show up because there is a data integration that occurs every few minutes.
    If you want faster access to determine whether or not the tool worked, log into the client’s SRF through the website:
    EDR | LightBox - Credentials can be found at the account level in Salesforce.

    1. Enter in a test address and go t the Geo coding page. The Pre-Project tool will show in the left sidebar.  Select Open Report and it will bring you to the Preliminary report in Lightbox on the address entered.


    Application Configuration

    Customers configured for Pre-Project (Pre-Assessment, Flashlight)

    Webgeocoder displays access to this tool. Configuration is determined by:

    • LBX-CE-GlobalConfig-DotNet · ‎Config/customerfeatures.config.

    • FlashlightCustomerServiceBaseCode with value PAS.

    • To get a list of customers with access and their expiration dates search in webdataprod.WebOrders.

      • Select * from services where basecode = 'PAS'.

      • Select * from vwCustomerServices where servicecode = 'PREASSES01'.
