Issue:
Receiving an error message when accessing the Pre-Project tool on the SRF.
Solution:
If you receive an error while accessing the Pre-Project tool on the SRF, there may be blank fields in ABS for the company account. Fill out any blank fields and save in ABS.
Follow the below steps if you get an error when you access the Pre-Project tool:
Log into the company account number in ABS v1.9.15.
Under Customer Database enter account number.
Check that all required fields are filled in.
Primary contact name, email , phone number and fax number.
Primary and Billing address.
Once the information has been verified to be in the ABS, go back into the SRF and the Pre-Project too should be accessible with no errors.
