Ship Orders to Show in Salesforce

There are times the EDR Order Status will show ‘Shipped’ on our end, but then the Salesforce Order Status will show ‘Production.’
See below:
Previously when this happened, Level 2 had the permissions within Salesforce to click a dropdown and edit the order status, but we no longer have this ability in Salesforce.
If you get these and the EDR order shipped within the SAME month, unship and reship so that the invoice will re-trigger and the status in Salesforce should thus update too.
Steps:
Go to EDR System Administration Console.
Unship .6 or .7 on the order, and then re-ship it. (These are just product codes and not actual products).

Check the order number in Salesforce to verify the order status is “Shipped”. This may take up to 5 minutes.
If you get these and the EDR order was NOT shipped within the same month (numbers have closed for previous month).
Please submit a salesforce case Data Warehouse Reporting (DWR). Assign the case to Rick Braisted and ask for the update to be made. It is sometimes best to become a watcher on these cases to know when this task has been completed.
