    How to set up an OKTA account for a user in Production and add them to Groups

    Note: You must be an OKTA administrator to access these functions.

    • Open the OKTA Admin Dashboard.

    • In the Okta search bar, search for the user by email address before you add as new to OKTA.
      The login is set to the email address

    • Go to the sidebar menu, select Directory > People.

    • Select Add Person.

    • User Information Fields

      • User type = User

      • Add the following fields:

        • First Name

        • Last Name

        • User Name (Email address)

        • Primary Email

        • Secondary Email (Optional)

      • Click Save when finished.

    • Search for the user in the search bar by email address.
      This will bring up the OkTA Groups and Profile.

    • To add a suser to a LightBox group:

      • Use the Group Search box to search for the group.
        (Most Valuation groups will start with Lightbox before the group name)
