LightBox Nuances

• Lightbox will only display the first 3000 records.

• Features become unavailable if an Area/Corridor Study is added to a single order.

When we added Lightbox to ACS, it wasn’t in the design scope to handle both products within one order. As such the redirect link from the PDF and Order status page go to an ACS Lightbox link. In the future both products should not reside in a single order.  ACS lightbox will not be usable at all as a result. Boundary won’t be present, historicals won’t connect and the VEC tool is unavailable.

If you’d like to get a working Radius Map Lightbox which appears to have all the needed functionality, delete the 'a' in the URL, so it will go from this:

The difference in the link is lightboxv5 vs lightboxv5a.  We should offer this as a workaround to get a usable version for the client.

Another way to go around this would be to create two reports: 1 that has a radius map only, and 1 that has an area/corridor study.
