Check status under Researcher load report and it will show you that the order has map attached (X).
When you load the report in HDSE, the map show up and only one year is checked for use.
Under tool/Admin-View Report status it show you the researcher’s name usually Matt K, Sonia, Jody or Richard.

You can tag Riya/Sonia to update the Topo and Area Study

Aerials can be updated in the Editor tool.
