Future Nice to Haves
If an opportunity is closed as “Lost” then the client should update to “Former Client” but it may take other contract considerations in mind.
Red/Yellow/Green status, Client Health dependent upon X number of cases
An alert about not having X of cases
Take away “Need Help” option from website on banks who have their own support helpdesk or direct email to their department
Level 2 can train Onboarding on how to find out what engagement letters a bank has
Update current default engagement letter per what Nicole/Candi come up with
