How to Log Into Client's SRF Through EDR Website

Alert:

The only time this should be done is to determine whether or not the SRF is down.  You can technically make it past the geocoding page but NEVER confirm or submit the order or else the order WILL go through.

Step 1: Obtaining the client login information

1. In Salesforce, Enter client’s account number in search bar at top.
   

   

2. Click the Enter Key to Search.

3. When you search, anything that contains those numbers will pop up, make sure you click on the client’s Account Name under “accounts”.
   

   

4. Account number and Password is located under the EDR Legacy Fields section.
   

   

Step 2: Log into the EDR site

1. Navigate to: EDR | LightBox.

2. Click “Login” > Select “EDR Ordering”.
   

   

3. Enter the Account Number and password you obtained from Salesforce.
   

   

4. The client view of SRF will appear.
