Circle Rings on Photo

1964 aerials, it has a dark ring on the upper part of the photo. Is there anything you can do?

These circles appear on some of the older photos, they are most likely artifacts from someone using photogrammetry tools. As a rule we don't alter marks on older photos, they are presented "as is".
