Missing Aerials in Lightbox

Go to HDSE and reset the PDF for search again.

1.Reload the order

2.  Under Aerials drop down

3.  Set report for search

4.  Wait about 30 minutes

5.  QC and resend

6.  Wait about 20 for pdf creation

If you are not sure how to QC, ask the researchers for help.

*IF IT STILL DOESN’T WORK AND THE ORDER INCLUDES A RADIUS MAP FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

A. MAKE SURE THE TP ADDRESS FIELD IS NOT BLANK, IF IT IS THEN:

Unship Radius map, Topo, Sanborn and Aerials

Edit the site name in OMA

Click save

Resend RM, San, Topo and AP to production.

QC

Wait for pdf creation.

*IF IT STILL DOESN’T WORK AND THE ORDER INCLUDES A RADIUS MAP FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW

B. unship the Radius map, resend to FFL

once it processes, reship the RM

when the Radius Map has a new APICompletedate, then Reload Lightbox
