Accessing PDF’s in Lightbox

PDF’s in Lightbox are giving an error

Steps:

Go into the report’s Lightbox page

Go to “Reports” – “PDF Reports”

URL Links on the next page for each report

Click on links ,if you get an error, check the date of the order.

Reason for error and why you can’t access the PDFs

The PDFs are not available because the reports get moved off to an archive after 1 year

The underlying system that retains the reports is a year, which both order status and lightbox rely on.

The Order status page has a 90 day limit to keep it from becoming unmanageable to review
