Upload and Deliver Files

After your bid has been awarded and all inspection work is complete, you can upload and deliver the final appraisal report and supporting documentation through the View Details page in PARCEL. This section explains how to upload files, how automatic delivery works, and what to expect during the upload process.
Step-by-Step: Upload Final Report
Access the View Details Page
From the PARCEL dashboard:Click the All Projects tab and locate the relevant job.
Click View Details in the Actions column.
Upload the Final Report File
In the Final Report section:Click the Browse button or drag and drop your PDF file into the upload area.
Once uploaded, a 30-second timer begins. The file will be automatically sent to the lender unless you click Cancel.
If cancelled, the file remains stored and can be sent later using the Send Now option.
Step-by-Step: Upload Supporting Documentation
Locate the Support Documentation Section
On the same View Details page, scroll down to the Support Documentation area.Upload and Deliver Files
Click Browse or drag and drop one or more files into the section.
Unlike the final report, support docs are not automatically sent.
You must click Send to Client to deliver each file to the lender.
File Upload Rules
Maximum file size: 100MB per file
Accepted file types: PDF (recommended for reports and documents)
Only final reports are delivered automatically—support documents require manual confirmation
Note: Do not refresh or leave the page while files are uploading. Wait for confirmation before navigating away.
Best Practices
Label files clearly (e.g.,
FinalReport_MainSt.pdf
,ZoningLetter_Support.pdf
).Double-check all uploads for completeness and clarity before finalizing.
If you cancel an auto-send, make sure to return later and manually send the report.
