Personal Information

Overview

The Personal Info tab in the User Profile contains five basic categories of information:

• Personal info and contact info

• Signature

• Services provided

• Certifications and designations

• Areas of expertise

To make edits to any of the information on the page, with the exception of the Signature Image, click the Edit button near the top of the page.

After completing or editing any section, click Save Changes near the top or bottom of the screen to retain the changes.

Personal Info and Contact Info

You can complete or update the following fields:

• First Name / Last Name

• Title

• Phone Numbers

• Email

• Office Email

• Additional Email Address

• Username

NOTE: Fields with a red asterisk are required.

Email addresses can be used to update bid preferences.

Signature

Your signature is applied to e-sign Engagement Letters. To upload an image of your signature, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click Upload Image File.

Step 2: Select the file on your computer, then click Open.

NOTE: Signature image must be a JPEG image of less than 50 KB.

Step 3: A confirmation message will appear when the image has finished uploading.

Services Provided

Answer the following questions to define your service capabilities. This will determine for what kinds of Jobs you will be available to receive RFPs and Awards.

• Are you available for fee assignments? (Answering ‘Yes’ means that your profile will be available to the EDR Client Base)

• Are you available for appraisal reviews?

• Are you available for evaluations?

Certifications and Designations

These are credentials and affiliations with recognized professional organizations.

• Examples include AI-GRS, MAI, SRA, IFA.

• Select whether or not you are HUD/FHA certified and VA certified.

• If you hold a credential not listed, enter it in the “Others” textbox.

Note: Including accurate designations increases your chances of being selected for specialized projects.

Areas of Expertise

Reflects your experience with different property types. You may select multiple sub-categories under Residential and Commercial.
