Completing the Personal Info Tab
The Personal Info tab in your PARCEL user profile contains the core details that identify you as an environmental vendor. This includes your name, role, professional designations, contact information, signature uploads, and qualification files. Keeping this information complete and current ensures seamless communication, project eligibility, and compliance with lender or requestor requirements.
Accessing the Personal Info Tab
Log into your PARCEL account.
Click your username in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
In the profile interface, click the Personal Info tab.
Click the Edit button to make fields editable.
The fields will open for editing.
Within the Personal Profile, you can manage account details such as editing your personal information, qualifications (resumes), and signatures.
Completing Profile Fields
You can complete or update the following fields:
NOTE: Fields with a red asterisk are required.
Field | Description |
---|---|
First Name / Last Name | Your legal name used for system identity and project assignments. |
Middle Initial | Optional. Helps distinguish between similarly named users. |
Role | Not editable. Click the ? icon to read more about your role. |
Title | Your professional title (e.g., Environmental Consultant, PE, PG). |
Your main contact address used for notifications, RFPs, and communication with requestors. | |
Additional Email Address | Optional. Add an office manager or secondary contact who should also receive alerts. |
Direct or Cell | Optional. Used for direct communication from support or requestors. |
Email Closing | Optional. Enter a standard sign-off line for auto-populating emails (e.g., “Best regards, John Doe”). |
Professional Designation Questions
Environmental Professional (as defined by AAI Rule)?
Select Yes or No to indicate whether you qualify as an Environmental Professional under ASTM E1527 guidelines (AAI Rule).Allow Administrators to sign for me?
Select Yes to allow a system admin to electronically sign on your behalf for engagement letters when permitted. Click the question mark icon to display a tooltip with the following message:
By selecting 'Yes' on the 'Allow others to use my signature' option in your account settings, you are opting-in to allow other users in your company to sign for you on qualifying reports.There are a two things that make a report qualify
The report must use signatures that support the 'Sign For' option (Template Level design choice by your company Administrators)
You must have the proper access level to sign the particular report signature (i.e. If a signature is Project Manager only, then you must be Project Manager level or higher on the particular report for anyone to sign for you)

Uploading Qualifications and Signature
Scroll to the lower section of the page to upload supporting documentation and e-signature files:
Upload Type | Guidelines |
---|---|
Default Resume | Upload your primary qualifications file. Must be a PDF under 1 MB. |
Optional Resumes | Upload any additional qualifications, such as certifications, licenses, or supplemental CVs. |
Signature Image | Upload a JPEG image of your digital signature (max 50 KB). This is used to e-sign engagement letters. |
Seal Image | (Optional) Upload a JPEG of your official seal, if applicable. Max size: 50 KB. |
Environmental Data Provider Accounts
At the bottom of the form, you may also configure your integration with Environmental Data Resources (EDR) by entering:
EDR Account #
EDR Account Password
EDR Representative Name
EDR Representative Email
This feature is used to facilitate automated report delivery or ordering through EDR systems.
Finalizing Changes
After all edits are made, click the Submit button to save changes.
If you wish to discard changes, click Cancel.
