Q: How does EDR ordering work with PARCEL?
A: EDR data can be ordered when setting up a report or from within a report once it is created. If ordering when setting up the report, select the Create Project and Order EDR Products option. If ordering after creating a report, access the Setup tab in the report and select Order Database Reports.
While awaiting your order to process, you can view the order’s status from the Setup tab. The legend shown below shows the different statuses of the EDR data ordered.
Once your order is processed and available in your report, you may be able to import Historical and Regulatory data into tables using the import tool depending on your report’s design. If applicable, the tables within your report that utilize this information will now have an additional button available that allows you to hand-select the data you would like to import into your report.
Q: How do I postpone production of an EDR order?
A: An EDR order can be postponed, which is typically done to confirm site location, etc.
One the order has been submitted, the order can be completed from the General Information page or the Setup tab by clicking on Finish Order:
