Q: Why is a deliverable missing files?

A: There are several potentials reasons a deliverable can be missing files:

• The file is not in PDF format: PARCEL can store files in a variety formats for easy access during the Report authoring process. However, only PDF files and JPG photos are included in the final deliverable.

• The file is corrupt or unreadable: Two common issues exist: if a document contains field, or if the document contains a digital signature for which you have to open the the document and agree to the certificate (seen in analytical results). PARCEL cannot convert it correctly. To address this issue, delete and re-upload the document to PARCEL. If that does not work, try reprinting the PDF and then uploading it. You can also try to get another copy from the source.

• You did not check off that appendix on the Assemble Deliverable screen: Make sure that you have checked all of the sections that you want to include in the final PDF.
