    A:

    • Navigate to your User Profile by clicking your username and selecting Account Settings.

    • Click the Policy/Forms tab.

    • Click ADD Insurance Certificate to open a new entry row.

    • Complete the required fields using dropdowns and text inputs:    

      • Insurance Type

      • Provider

      • Policy Number

      • Expiration Date (use the calendar modal)

      • Coverage Amount

    • Click Upload Certificate and select your insurance document (PDF format recommended).

    • Click the checkmark icon to save and finalize the upload.

    • To edit an entry, click the pencil icon. To remove it, click the trashcan icon.

    • Ensure only numeric values are entered in the Currency field—avoid symbols or letters.

    • Manually entered dates will auto-correct to placeholder values; always use the date picker.

    • Uploaded certificates are stored in your profile and accessible to lenders on the platform.
