        Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

        A: To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link from the login page. Enter your email address and a link will be sent to your email, which will bring you to a page where you can enter a new password. If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam filter. If you still can not find it, call 866-475-1272 or email to: PARCELsupport@edrnet.com.
