    Q: How do I change a user's access level?

    A:From the PARCEL homepage:

    • Click on the Gear icon and click on Company Accounts

    • Click on the persons’ name that you can to update the role of

    • Click on Edit above their name

    • Click on their access level and change it to the desired role

    • Click Submit Changes on the bottom

    NOTE: This will update their role for future reports. If there is already a report in progress that they need their role updated to, please reach out to PARCEL Support
