Q: How do I add a variable?

A:

• Click on Tools

• Click on Variable Replacer in the drop down menu

• This will list all of the available variabes, sortable by default variables, custom variable, and what is in the report currently

• Click Add Custom Variable to create a custom variable to add to the report

• Add the data in the field next to the variable you want to edit

• Click the checkbox under Include?

• Click on Submit Changes

To add the variable to your report:

• When you are in a narrative section of your report, click the tag icon in the text formatting toolbar above the narrative section

• If you hover your mouse over the icon it will read Insert Variables

• Select the variable you want to add with the checkbox, and click on OK
