    Some lenders require appraisers to enter key project-specific data—known as salient information—before the appraisal can be finalized. These fields may include property details, data capture points, and assignment-specific metrics. You can access and edit this information from the View Details page.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Open the View Details Page
          From the PARCEL dashboard:    

      • Click the All Projects tab.

      • Locate the project and click View Details in the Actions column.


            

    2. Locate the Salient Data Sections
          Scroll down to the data entry areas labeled:    

      • (1) Salient Facts


              

    3. Fill out fields
          In each section:    

      • Fill in applicable fields relating to the property

      • Fields will become editable so you can enter or update the required information.

      • Click on the blue left and right arrow to view more fields


           

    4. Click Save
          Once all required information is entered:    

      • Click the Save button to store your inputs.

      • When you are ready to send to your client, click the Send to Client button.


           

    Best Practices

    • Ensure all fields are completed accurately before finalizing the project.

    • If a table is missing or fields are not visible, confirm with the lender whether salient data is required.

    • Use your internal appraisal report as a reference to reduce discrepancies in data entry.
