    Article summary

    After accepting an awarded RFP, lenders may upload additional files to the project. These files—such as templates, reference documents, or updated instructions—can be accessed and downloaded from the View Details page. Use the steps below to locate and download attachments provided by the lender after award acceptance.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Go to the All Projects Tab
          From the PARCEL dashboard:    

      • Click the All Projects tab to view active and awarded assignments.

      • Use filters to find the relevant project by request ID, address, or lender name.

             

    2. Open the View Details Page
          In the appropriate row, click View Details in the Actions column.
         
           

    3. Scroll to the Attachments Section
          On the View Details page:    

      • Scroll to the bottom of the page to view files uploaded by the lender after award acceptance.

      • Each file is listed by document name, format, and upload date.


             

    4. Select and Download Files
          To download files:    

      • Check the box next to one or more files you wish to download.

      • Click the Download Files button.

      • The selected files will be downloaded as a zip file to your device.


           

    5. Open the Downloaded Zip File
          Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer (typically in your Downloads folder).    

      • Unzip the file to access individual documents.

    Best Practices

    • Download and review any new files after accepting an award—lenders often upload time-sensitive materials.

    • Store downloaded documents in a project-specific folder for easy access.

    • Check the View Details page regularly for newly added attachments throughout the project lifecycle.
