    Once you’ve submitted a response to a Portfolio Request for Proposal (RFP), the bid will appear in the Submitted tab of the PARCEL dashboard. This section outlines how to locate, review, and manage your submitted bids.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Go to the Submitted Tab
          After logging in to PARCEL, navigate to the Submitted tab at the top of the dashboard.    

      • This tab contains all bids that have been submitted but not yet awarded, retracted, or declined.


           

    2. Filter or Search to Locate the RFP
          Use the column filter fields to narrow your list of submitted bids.    

      • Enter a value in any column header (e.g., Request ID, Project Name, Address) to filter results.

      • Click the X icon in the filter field to clear the search and reset the list.


           

    3. Review Submitted Bid Details
          From the submitted list:    

      • Click Update Bid to review or edit the bid.

      • Click the down arrow next to Update Bid for additional options, like Retract My Bid.

      • You can also open the bid and view uploaded documents, comments, or bid values previously entered.


           

    Info: Submitted bids remain editable until the bid deadline passes. After that point, the ability to update or retract the bid may be disabled.

    Best Practices

    • Use the Submitted tab as your workspace for monitoring outstanding bids across all portfolio projects.

    • Check this tab regularly for changes in status, including awarded bids or pending updates.

    • Ensure that any changes to the submitted bid are followed by clicking Update Response to notify the lender.
