    Overview

This section explains how to locate and open a new Portfolio Request for Proposal (RFP) in PARCEL. Portfolio RFPs typically include multiple property sites and require timely review to ensure bid deadlines are met.

    Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. Receive Notification from PARCEL
You will receive an automated email from: no-reply@collateral360.com
This email informs you that a new portfolio RFP is available for your review and action in PARCEL.

      • Subject line will typically reference the RFP or request ID.

      • The body includes a summary of the project and a direct access link.

      • Do not reply to this email—it's system-generated.

    2. Click the RFP Link
Inside the email, click the hyperlink to access the RFP directly in the PARCEL platform.

      • You may be prompted to log in if you're not already authenticated.

      • After login, you’ll be directed to the project dashboard or bid screen.

    3. Log In to the PARCEL Platform
If required, enter your credentials at parcelplatform.com to continue.

      • Use the login credentials provided by parcelsupport@edrnet.com.

      • If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot Your Password?” link to reset it.

    1. Open the PARCEL Dashboard
Once logged in, you’ll land on the PARCEL dashboard.

      • Navigate to the New Requests tab.

      • This tab shows all new RFPs that have not yet been responded to.

    2. Locate the Portfolio RFP
Use the column search fields to filter by:

      • Request ID

      • Project Name

      • Lender or Institution Name

      • Property Location

Tip: Bookmark https://www.parcelplatform.com for quick access to the login page. You can also save the RFP email for quick reference to the direct access link.

    Best Practices

    • Always access RFPs through the official link provided in the email.

    • Do not delay reviewing the RFP—portfolio projects often have strict deadlines and require coordination across multiple sites.

    • Use the New Requests tab as your default view to monitor open RFPs.
