The LandVision Zoning add-on is now available as an option on the Site Profile Report. Utilize this selection within the report to get a PDF extraction of the LightBox zoning data that is tied to a specified property. Having the capability to view zoning along with the other report sections will assist in gathering a detailed overview of parcels to review and compare.

Note:

Only accounts subscribed to Zoning and are on the Commercial or Builder edition of LandVision can access zoning data on the Site Profile Report.

How to Access Zoning

1. Select your parcel of interest on the map.

2. On the Information Panel, select View Report next to Site Profile under the Report card (Site Profile is unavailable on the Enterprise edition).

3. Make sure Zoning (LBX) is selected along with any other settings you need.

4. Select Generate Report.

5. In the upper right corner, a message will give a notification when the report has loaded. Click the paper icon to open the report in a new tab.

6. Scroll down to the end of the report to see Zoning details and use the Print button to send to a printer or save as a PDF (or right-click on the report and choose Print).
