• Yes: LightBox has zoning data for this jurisdiction – 3759 jurisdictions
• Partial: LightBox has zoning data for part of this jurisdiction. - 5270 jurisdictions
• Unzoned: LightBox confirmed that this jurisdiction has no zoning governance – 266 jurisdictions

The coverage expansion for this release focuses on the states of West Virginia, Mississippi, Nebraska, Tennessee, South Carolina, Iowa, Arkansas, Louisiana.

Enhancements/Changes

1. Zoning boundary map is added to the bulk data package as FGDB file. This Zoning boundary file contains zoning maps LightBox acquired from all authorities with LightBox standardized attribution.
2. In the zoning coverage map, coverage type ‘No zoning’ is renamed to ‘Unzoned’ to better describe the no zoning governance scenario.
3. LightBox further enhanced the standardized zoning category by analyzing zoning description and zoning district.
   ZONING_CATEGORY now has 12 categories:

   3. Industrial
   4. Agriculture
   5. Open Space/Parks
   6. Public, Specific Purpose
   7. Planned Development
   8. Mixed Use
   9. Overlay
   10. Other
   11. Unknown
