True Owner Overview

During property due diligence, a large challenge is finding contact information for a physical person to get in contact with.  The reason for this challenge is that commercial property ownership is hidden behind LLC's, or email addresses and phone numbers do not exist. 

With the LightBox True Owner API, one can uncover contact information at the property level. Focusing on Commercial Properties the True Owner API provides contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, titles, and corporation details related to that property.

• Locate property contacts using the LightBox ID from a Parcel, Assessment, Structure, or Address
• Return property contacts using an address
• Each response contains the property address, latitude and longitude, and an array of property contacts. Each property contact contains a collection of emails, a collection of phone numbers, first and last names, titles, and contact address information. 

LightBox ID

The LightBox identifier is a permanent and universal identifier for data that creates powerful connections to LightBox's property graph. It is critical to have an ID that is persistent, reliable, and trusted. Our SmartFabric™ address universe is one of the base layers that carry the LightBox ID and is used throughout the APIs. The True Owner API added a new LightBox Identifier that identifies the contact, called the Person LID. This ID can be used with the Assessment API to return all properties related to that contact/person.
