Regular Updates
The ownership records are updated monthly for access via LightBox Vision and each quarter for the bulk data add-on, keeping you updated on any changes in property ownership.
True Owner Data Schema
The True Owner data will be updated on a quarterly basis following the release of SmartFabric, and the monthly deltas will be incorporated based on the assessment ownership changes in arrears. The final delivery will be a single table per state associated with the property.
In addition, the bulk product will include a single table per state containing the AssessmentLIDs of properties that were identified as commercial but did not have the contact information due to one of the following two reasons: the contact data are not currently available, or the property is wholly owned by a government entity.

Key Data Fields
ASSESSMENT_LID
This is a unique LightBox ID for the property assessment record. PrimaryKey1 for joining with Assessment table in SmartFabric.
LAST_UPDATE_DATE
The latest date the owner information was updated in the assessment records. PrimaryKey2 for joining with Assessment table in SmartFabric.
PERSON_ID
unique key identifying individuals associated with the property.
OWNER_NAME
The name of the identified owner or officer.
OFFICER_TITLES
For properties with corporate ownership, the titles of related officers.
Contact Information
Includes phone numbers, email addresses, and titles of associated persons or businesses.
Example of Contact Information:
Individual Legal Owners: Direct contacts such as phone numbers and emails.
Multiple Owners: Contacts for all associated owners in cases of joint ownership.
Corporate Officers: Direct contacts for officers of corporations or businesses associated with the property.
Business Entities: Business contact information when individual contacts are not available.
CONFIDENCE
Indicates the reliability of each record based on the quality of underlying information (1-low, 5-highest).
LAST_SEEN
Shows when the contact was last verified.
