Suggested Best Practice
It is highly suggested that a new Admin Account be setup to manage the LightBox listings in your Snowflake account.
This will ensure that your access to the LightBox listings will not be impacted due to a specific admin user leaving the company and that account being deactivated.
Required Information for Provisioning
Two(2) identification items are required for provisioning data access to an organization:
Snowflake Locator ID
Snowflake Admin Account ID - Used to share a listing to this account, as well as install and control access throughout the organization.
Retrieving IDs
The simplest way to find both IDs is through the Snowflake web console.
Click on the account name in bottom left.
Hover over the account and get both IDs from the information displayed as shown below:

Locator ID: CURRENT_ACCOUNT
Account ID:
Post-Provisioning
An email will be sent from Snowflake that will notify you of a new listing shared with your account.

Note:
There is NO automated notification email sent from LightBox upon provisioning success.
LightBox Support or Customer Success will reach out to confirm that the provision was successful.

A listing can be installed by clicking the Get button on the top right of the listing card.

Note:
During setup it will confirm the installation database name and any additional roles (apart from your own) you want to give access to the database.
