Article Summary

Q: What changes can be expected in SmartFabric throughout versions?

Answers:

Addresses

A minor increase of address counts in the overall address source coverage can be typically expected with every release. Occasional decreases in address counts can occur as well. There are a variety of reasons for this, including an input source or our own internal processes finding and removing outdated addresses and false positive buildings.

Your address confidence and precision code will also change as we update our models and/or receive data that enhances the spatial location and confidence of our address universe.

Our spatial address point and non-spatial address sources are updated quarterly.

Buildings

Buildings are more likely to remain consistent version-to-version, with general minor updates/increases over longer periods of time.

Property Attribution (Assessment)

The attributes in SmartFabric will change over time.
For example, parcel and assessor data change ownership, properties get updated and tax and assessed value are updated. There are also new properties added on a quarterly basis.

Parcels Boundaries

Expect change often as these are continually updated on a consistent basis.
