Q: What is a simple way to explain what a Location point is?
A: Locations are either a primary addressed item (building, parcel or address point) or an un-addressed building. If the location is an addressed item it can have associated items buildings, parcels or addresses.
Q: Can a single location have both a residential and business unit count (resbus_usps)?
A: No, under our current methodology a Location is either residential or business and not both.
Q: Are Hotel Rooms included as residential or business units counts?
A: No, the individual rooms of a hotel are not counted in the Residential Unit Count model and the hotel itself would count as one business.
Q: What are all of the potential values for NONBSL_REASON?
A: The following are the values that can be provided as nonbsl_reasons:
- Public Land
- Natural Resource
- Road, Highway, Bridge
- Industrial

- Water Area
- Unknown
- Right-of-Way, Easement
