SmartFabric is our flagship property product that contains parcels, property attributes, owner information, sales transactions, building data and the full national address universe. Each feature in this dataset is linked via the LightBox ID allowing you to navigate our data graph.

LightBox Zoning is a national zoning dataset that links directly to SmartFabric parcels and contains a zoning overlay for mapping and analytical purposes.
