SmartFabric™ is the most comprehensive address universe, georeferenced to the highest level of detail and linked to meaningful attribution at the assessment, parcel, and structure level.

SmartFabric™ provides solutions that require a high level of fidelity and location accuracy over a large area, including rural areas. LightBox builds data solutions utilizing four core data sets: building footprints, parcels, address information, and assessor data.

The LightBox Addresses API provides API capabilities for the SmartFabric™ address universe. This API provides endpoints to query a set of addresses by parcel or by structure, pass in a WKT (Well Known Text) geometry or simply passing in a LightBox Address ID.

LightBox ID

The LightBox identifier is a permanent and universal identifier for data that creates powerful connections to LightBox's property graph. It is critical to have an ID that is persistent, reliable, and trusted. Our SmartFabric™ address universe is one of the base layers that carry the LightBox ID and is used throughout the APIs.
