What user roles available in Collateral360?

There are three primary user roles in Collateral360, each of which can be referred to by one of two labels, based on your organization’s settings. Refer to the information below for a basic description of the categories of user roles and their permissions.

• Lender Executive / Content Administrator: This role has the most extensive permissions and often serves as an organization’s Collateral360 admin user role.

• Lender Manager / Job Manager: This role completes submits RFPs, communicates with Vendors, orders 3rd party services, and manages the majority of the due diligence work in C360.

• Lender User / Account Officer: This role has the most limited permissions of the three, and primarily utilizes the Service Request Form to request due diligence services.
