Save and Procure

Description:

This page describes how to submit the RFP or direct award. 

Details:

There are four buttons in the bottom left corner of the RFP modal:

• Save as Draft: Saves all changes made to the RFP form and then closes the modal. 
• Preview RFP: Opens the RFP as a PDF so you can see how it will appear to the Vendor. 
• Save and Procure: Sends the RFP or direct award to the selected Vendor(s).
• Cancel: Clears all changes made to the RFP form and then closes the modal. 

Click Save and Procure to complete the RFP/direct award process.
