Introducing LightBox Login

We’re making it easier and more secure to access Collateral360. With this release, you now have the option to transition to a centralized LightBox login, giving you seamless access to other LightBox services.

This is just the beginning—future updates will enable integration with client SSO systems, making access even more streamlined.

LOS API Updates

We’ve updated our APIs for file uploads and downloads to make your experience more secure and seamless than ever. With the introduction of pre-signed URLs, files are now transferred using a more controlled and secure process—reducing risk while maintaining efficiency.

This enhancement ensures better protection of your data while keeping workflows smooth and hassle-free.

In-App Support Chat

This new feature gives you direct access to our support team for faster assistance—right where you need it.

No more waiting, no more hassle—just quick, seamless support to keep your workflow moving. We’ll be rolling this feature out this month and look forward to connecting with you.

Delegation User History Toggle

If you have access to the User Profile tab, you can now view both the users you’ve assigned work to and the assignments delegated to you by others.

Delegation Status Transparency

If you have access to the User Profile tab, you can now view the status of   your delegations in a new column containing the following labels:

• Active

• Pending Assignments

• Completed

• Manually Ended

• Deactivated
