Purpose
This documentation describes how to delete Participating Vendors using the Vendor Management tool in Collateral360.
Audience
Content Administrators and Lender Executives. All roles that have “DELETE_VENDOR” permission.
Managing Participating Vendors
Click Vendors in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on the Participating tab.
Click the trash can icon next to the Vendor you wish to delete.
A pop-up warns that the deletion is final and requires confirmation. Click Yes, Continue to permanently delete the Vendor from your organization’s Vendor panel.
If the deleted Participating Vendor was scored, their score will remain. All existing references to the deleted Participating Vendor and any work they have participated in, such as on completed Review Memos, will remain visible in Collateral360.
It will not be possible to add the deleted Participating Vendor to a Service.
