    Why can’t I link my LightBox Login account to my Collateral360 account?

    Ensure that you are inputting the correct Collateral360 credentials. Contact customer support if you are still unable to login. Note: If you are an SSO client, you do not need to sign up for a LightBox account.

    What happens if I don’t have a Collateral360 account?

    Contact your company’s admin to create one for you.

    What if I already have a LightBox Login account?

    1. Go to the Collateral360 landing page and click the Sign in button.

    2. Input your username/email in the login modal

    3. On the login modal, click Sign in with LightBox Account to input your LightBox credentials.

    4. You will be taken directly to the linking page.

    5. Link your new LightBox account to your existing Collateral360 account.

    6. Once the linking process is complete, you will be taken to the Collateral360 dashboard.

    Note: If you are an SSO client, you do not need to sign up for a LightBox account.

    What if I don’t receive my activation email or have issues activating my account?

    Reach out to Collateral360 Support at 866-475-1272, option 1.

    What should I do if I forget my LightBox Login password?

    1. Input username/email in the login modal.

    2. Click Sign in with LightBox Account.

    3. A LightBox Login modal will pop up.

    4. Click Forgot Password.

    How do I verify my Collateral360 account is linked to my Lightbox Login account?

    Once you have linked your Collateral360 account to your LightBox Login account once, you can log in directly from the LightBox login screen.

    Now that I have signed up for a LightBox Login account, how do I gain access to LightBox applications?

    We are working towards updating our platform to allow you to access LightBox applications through a “My Services” page.

    My company uses an SSO; can I create a LightBox Login account?

    If your company uses SSO, you do not need to sign up for a LightBox Login account. After the August 2025 release, we will be onboarding SSO clients to use our new LightBox Login.

    As an SSO client (my company has not linked IdPs) how do I log in?

    Use the Sign in with SSO button and enter your username/email.  

    What happens if I use the wrong login method?

    Click Cancel to go back to the main log in modal or the cross button on the top right of the login modal.  

    How do I add users to LightBox Login?  

    There are three methods for adding new users to LightBox Login:  

    • Bulk CSV import

    • Single user from LightBox Login

    • From client IdP

    • Sign up and link LightBox account

    Note: Adding new users to LightBox Login requires assistance from LightBox Customer Support. Please reach out to out to Collateral360 Support at 866-475-1272, option 1.

    How do I add a new user to Collateral360?

    Who has permission to add users into LightBox Login?

    LightBox Login administrators.

    As a new user, what role will I get when a new account is created for me in Collateral360?

    Lender User role.

    How can I upgrade my user role in Collateral360?

    You will need to manually edit your role in Collateral360.

    As an SSO user, I created a LightBox account, but I can’t link it. What should I do?

    SSO users will not be able to link a LightBox account manually. Please log in using the Sign in with SSO button in the log in modal. Note: If your company has already linked IdPs with LightBox, you can log into Collateral360 using the Sign in with LightBox button and input your email in the username field.
