Gain greater control and flexibility with the ability to pause external services independently of internal job statuses. This includes automatic vendor notifications and seamless adjustments via the Amend Award functionality.

Three New Global Reports

Simplify daily reporting tasks with the addition of three new global Advanced Reports, now accessible in the Global Reports folder for clients with this feature enabled:

• All Current Assignments

• Completed Service Summary by Primary Assignee

• Detailed Completed Service by Month

RFP Filter Updates

Improved vendor filtering experience in your RFP workflow. Enhanced mapping for RFP filters improves accuracy between the vendor’s areas of expertise, property types, and custom property types.

Clear Capital Updates

  Streamline your workflow with multiple updates to the Clear Capital integration, including:

• In-Platform Messaging: Receive order messages directly within Collateral360.  

• Compliance Enhancements: Automatically disable Tier 2 evaluations in states where they are not permitted.  

• Simplified Billing: Access Clear Capital invoices directly in Collateral360.

Engagement Letter Updates

Multiple enhancements have been made to the Engagement Letter Builder and Editor to improve accuracy, usability, and data consistency.

Improved Valuation Scenarios Behavior

The Valuation Scenarios table now populates the premise, type, and interest sections with “N/A” when no inputs are added to the respective fields.

Cancel Changes and Go Back

Fixed behavior of the Cancel Changes and Go Back button for non-auto-attach Engagement Letters. The button now fully exits the Engagement Letter Editor and returns users to the Collateral Overview page.

Award Fee Variable Updated

The “Award Fee” variable has been changed to a numerical/currency field, correcting its display in the Engagement Letter Builder and Editor.

New RFP and Reviewer Variables

Added new variables to the Service Information section, including Reviewer Address, Reviewer City, Reviewer State, and Reviewer Zip, displaying more Primary Assignee information for users.

New Amendment Letter Variables and Behavior

Introduced a new Amendment Variables section in the Engagement Letter Builder and Editor, including:

• Amendment Reason

• Additional Comments

• RFP Comments

  These variables enable data transfer of RFP and amended information between different versions of Engagement Letters.

  The Amend Award feature must be active for your organization. If this feature has not been enabled, please contact your Customer Success Manager for onboarding and training.

  These new variables replace the existing RFP Comments and Additional RFP Comments fields previously found under the RFP Information section.
