Is there a way to view just my loan files?

The following user types have a My Tasks tab in the Collateral360 Dashboard, which displays work that has been assigned to you: Lender Managers, Job Managers, Content Admins and Lender Executives.

All users, regardless of role, have the ability to use Dashboard filters. Filters allow you to limit the results displayed in the Dashboard table by one or more criteria. Note that filters only limit the Dashboard results and are not analogous to a search tool. To filter by loan files created by you, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Open tab.

2. Click the Created by textbox.

3. Select Me.

To filter by loan files assigned to you, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Open tab.

2. Click the Assignee textbox.

3. Enter the name to filter the Dashboard results by.
