How do I address the following error message? “An error occurred and the Environmental Pre-Screen was not completed”
The error message "An error occurred and the Environmental Pre-Screen was not completed" indicates that the Collateral Screen Report (CSR), also known as the Environmental Pre-Screen, failed to run successfully. This can happen for various reasons. To address this issue:
Locate the Re-run Environmental Screen button on the Environmental tab.
Click the Re-run Environmental Screen button to attempt running the CSR again.
If successful, the screen will reload with a map of the subject property and environmental hazard information. If it fails again, the original error message will reappear.
