How will I be notified when my Loan Check Plus or other third-party report is complete?

When your Loan Check Plus (LCP) or other 3rd party report is complete, you'll be notified in two ways:

Email notification: You will receive an email with a link to access the completed report in Collateral360.

Collateral360 access: You can also check the status of your report directly in Collateral360. Here's how:

• Navigate to the loan file in Collateral360.

• Click on File Manager in the left-side menu.

• Look for your report in the Uploaded Files table.

• The Document Status column will show Final Report for completed reports.

• Click the blue file name to download the report.

This way, you will be promptly informed when your report is ready and can easily access it through our system.
