How do I use the Engagement Letter Builder?

The Engagement Letter Builder lets you create and manage the templates used to generate the Engagement Letters that are sent to vendors with RFPs.

1. Click Settings in the top navigation bar.

2. Select Form Settings.

3. Under Templates, click View Templates.

4. On the next screen, click Engagement Letter Templates.

1. Click Add New Engagement Letter.

2. Fill in the following:

   1. Template Name (required and unique)

   2. Description (optional)

   3. Service Group (required)

3. Add your content in the editor. You can insert:

   1. Text, images, tables

   2. Dynamic Variables (e.g., Property Name)

   3. Form fields like checkboxes, dropdowns, and textboxes

4. Choose who must sign the letter (if anyone).

5. Select a Print Formatting Template (defines PDF layout).

6. Click Save and Create Template when done.

Variables are placeholders that auto-fill with Job-specific info (e.g., Property Name, Delivery Date). You can insert them using the tag icon in the editor.
