How do I update a flood cert?

To update a flood certificate, follow these steps:

1. Open the loan file and navigate to the Flood tab.

2. Click the Recertify Order button

3. Select the appropriate service option—second mortgage or recertification.

4. ServiceLink order number, loan number and loan amount will auto populate from original flood determination order.

5. Click the Save and Order button to confirm and submit order.
